Abstract:
A clamping device for electromechanical machining, comprising a clamping mounting seat (9). The clamping mounting seat (9) is fixedly connected to a transfer moving mechanism installed on the upper surface of a worktable (1), and support legs (2) are fixed at the bottom of the worktable (1); two sets of pressing and clamping mechanisms are installed inside the clamping mounting seat (9), and the pressing and clamping mechanisms are installed on the front and rear inner walls and the left and right inner walls of the clamping mounting seat (9) respectively; rotary clamping mechanisms are arranged above the pressing and clamping mechanisms, the rotary clamping mechanism on one side is fixedly connected to a rotating shaft seat (16), the rotary clamping mechanism on the other side is connected to a driving assembly, and the driving assembly is installed in an external cavity (12) connected to the clamping mounting seat (9); the rotating shaft seat (16) and the driving assembly are respectively connected to the inner wall of the clamping mounting seat (9) and the inner wall of the external cavity (12) by means of a lifting mechanism. The clamping device is provided with pressing and clamping mechanisms, avoiding leaving clamping marks on the surface of a material, and is added with rotary clamping mechanisms that can drive the material to rotate, improving machining efficiency.
