Abstract:
A clamping device for processing vehicle fittings, comprising a base (1), a support frame (2) being provided on the top portion of the base, and a sliding rod (3) being provided on the support frame; a first clamping device (4) and a second clamping device (5) are provided on the sliding rod, and the first clamping device has the same structure as the second clamping device. Also comprised are connecting rods (6), first clamping plates (7), second clamping plates (8), support columns (9) and sliding bases (10); an elastic piece (22) is provided between each first clamping plate and each second clamping plate; one end of the elastic piece is fixedly connected to one side of the first clamping plate, and a gap is provided between the other end of the elastic piece and the second clamping plate; through holes (16) are evenly provided in each first clamping plate; and one end of each connecting rod penetrates the through holes and each elastic piece to be fixedly connected to the other end of the elastic piece. The clamping device has a simple structure and may stably clamp vehicle parts of different models and shapes.
