Abstract:
A classification destructive distillation equipment for lightweight oil shale, comprising: connected in sequence, a crushing device (1), a compression and classification device (2), an oil-gas separation device (3), a sandblasting destructive distillation device (4), a filter (10), an oil-gas dust remover (9) and an oil collecting device (11). The compression and classification device (2) is of a cylindrical structure and comprises: connected top to bottom in sequence, a compression and classification chamber (5), a mesh screen (6) capable of moving up and down, and a primary destructive distillation calcining chamber (7). The diameter of the compression and classification chamber (5) is larger than that of the primary destructive distillation calcining chamber (7). The mesh screen (6) capable of moving up and down is driven by means of a power supply (16) capable of moving up and down so as to do an up-and-down reciprocating movement in the compression and classification chamber (5) to screen oil shale particles. A small-particle oil shale outlet (51) is further provided close to the top of the compression and classification chamber (5); the small-particle oil shale outlet (51) conveys small-particle oil shale to the sandblasting destructive distillation device (4) by means of a conveying pipe; the sandblasting destructive distillation device (4) comprises a vertical sandblasting segment (41) and a secondary calcining device (42). The primary destructive distillation calcining chamber (7) is further connected with the secondary calcining device (42).
