Abstract:
The present invention is: a cleaning agent for a steel sheet, which contains (A) one or more acids selected from among phosphonic acids and phosphoric acids, or a salt thereof, (B) a non-ionic surfactant, and (C) water, and in which the non-ionic surfactant (B) has an HLB value, as determined using the Davis method, of 5-15 and the cleaning agent has a pH of 1-8; a method for cleaning a steel sheet using the cleaning agent for a steel sheet; and a method for producing a steel sheet. According to the present invention, it is possible to provide: a cleaning agent for a steel sheet, which exhibits not only cleaning properties against oily contaminants but also good cleaning properties against solid contaminants such as iron powders; a method for cleaning a steel sheet using the cleaning agent for a steel sheet; and a method for producing a steel sheet.
