A cleaning assembly and a juice extractor having the cleaning assembly. The cleaning assembly comprises a cleaning bracket (11), a support member (12) and a cleaner (13) which can be attached to a filter screen (16) and is used for cleaning the filter screen (16), wherein the cleaner (13) is mounted on the cleaning bracket (11), the cleaning bracket (11) is connected to the support member (12) in a sliding manner, and the cleaning bracket (11) is connected to a telescopic mechanism (14) for driving the cleaning bracket (11) to slide in a reciprocating manner along the support member (12) so as to move forward or backward. The juice extractor comprises the filter screen (16) and an upper cover (17), and further comprises the cleaning assembly for cleaning the filter screen (16), the cleaning assembly being arranged in the upper cover (17). The cleaning assembly can be used for cleaning the filter screen (16) rapidly and efficiently, improving the convenience of cleaning the filter screen (16) of a juice extractor provided with such a cleaning assembly, and making the juice extractor more convenient to use.
