Abstract:
This cleaning blade comprises a tip which comes into contact with a photoreceptor member. The tip is formed from polyurethane which has tan δ of 0.35 or higher in a 23°C environment, a loss elastic modulus of 5.59 MPa or higher in the 23°C environment, and a modulus of repulsion elasticity of 21% or lower in the 23°C environment.
