Abstract:
A cleaning device (1) according to the present invention is for cleaning the surfaces (26A) of extension rollers (26) in a dough extension apparatus (2), and comprises: a cleaning device body (11) which is to be attached to the dough extension apparatus; and a flexible, belt-like cleaning member (13) which is to be attached to the cleaning device body. The cleaning member comprises end parts (13A) and a cleaner part (13B) having a cleaning surface (13C). The cleaning member is configured such that: one end or both ends thereof are fixed to the cleaning device body so as to have the cleaner part hanging downward; and the cleaning surface of the cleaner part comes into abutment with the surfaces of the extension rollers of the dough extension apparatus and is capable of being bent and deformed so as to conform to the surfaces of the extension rollers.
