Abstract:
The present application relates to the technical field of the cleaning of printed members, and in particular to a cleaning device and a cleaning method. The cleaning device comprises a main machine unit, a cleaning agent storage unit and an electrical treatment unit. The main machine unit comprises a rack, a feeding and blanking module, a cleaning module and a pneumatically-driven actuating unit, wherein the pneumatically-driven actuating unit is configured to perform a preset action on a target object, and the electrical treatment unit is configured to control the pneumatically-driven actuating unit. In the cleaning device, pneumatic motion control is used to reduce the contact between the electrical and a solvent, such that a cleaning process of the cleaning device is safer, and the wiring of the pneumatically-driven actuating unit is simpler. In the cleaning method, during multi-stage cleaning, after the previous stage of cleaning is completed, a cleaning agent carried on the target object can be blow-dried first, and then the target object enters the next stage of cleaning station, and in this way, multiple instances of cleaning and blow-drying can be realized, the cleaning agent in the previous stage is prevented from polluting the cleaning agent in the next stage, and the use of the cleaning agent is reduced, thereby facilitating the safety production management.
