Abstract:
A cleaning device for removing an adhesive from a surface of a conveyor belt comprising a base (1) and a cleaning mechanism (8). A conveyor belt (2) for driving a sanitary napkin to move from right to left is mounted on the base (1). The cleaning mechanism (8) is provided above the conveyor belt (2) and on the base (1). The cleaning mechanism (8) comprises a lifting plate (13), and a nozzle (17), a cleaning roller (21), and an air nozzle (23) provided on a lower portion of the lifting plate (13). A second screw rod (15) is rotatably mounted at the bottom of the lifting plate (13). Three second swivel nuts (18) are threadingly connected to the second screw (15). The second swivel nuts (18) are slidably connected to the lifting plate (13). A first oscillating frame (16), a second oscillating frame (20), and a third oscillating frame (22) are respectively rotatably mounted on left sides of the second swivel nuts (18) at the bottom of the lifting plate (13). The first oscillating frame (16), the second oscillating frame (20), and the third oscillating frame (22) are respectively hinge-connected to respective nearby second swivel nuts (18) by means of push/pull rods (19). The nozzle (17) is fixedly mounted at a lower end of the first oscillating frame (16). The cleaning roller (21) is rotatably mounted at a lower end of the second oscillating frame (20). The air nozzle (23) is fixedly mounted at a lower end of the third oscillating frame (22). The device ensures that the conveyor belt (2) is clean, and an adhesive is removed quickly.
