A cleaning device (200) and a curtain wall cleaning robot. The cleaning device (200) comprises at least one squeegee assembly (100, 202); a thin cavity (102) and a water discharging port (104) communicated with the thin cavity (102) are formed in the squeegee assembly (100, 202); the water discharging port (104) is connected to a water pumping apparatus; an opening (106) is formed in the side of the thin cavity (102) facing a cleaning working face (300); and the opening (106) is used for suctioning sewage on the surface of a curtain wall. When the cleaning device (200) works on the surface of the curtain wall, the water pumping apparatus can form a negative pressure in the opening (106) and the thin cavity (102), and due to the small size of the thin cavity (102), the thin cavity (102) can allow a liquid at the opening (106) to flow to the water discharging port (104) at a high speed, so that the pumping speed of the sewage is increased, the leakage and dripping of the sewage can be avoided, and the cleaning degree of the curtain wall is further improved.
