A cleaning and drying device for plush toys. The device comprises a container (1). A top portion and a bottom portion at one side of the container (1) are hinge connected to one end of a first cabinet door (2) and one end of a second cabinet door (3), respectively. An interior of the container body (1) is divided into a cleaning chamber (16), a sterilization chamber (17), and a drying chamber (18) by means of a first separator (4) and a second separator (5). A circular opening (15) is provided at a middle portion of the second separator (5). Two ends of a rotating drum (7) are rotatably connected to two side walls of the cleaning chamber (16) via a rotating shaft. The rotating drum and bristles disposed on an inner wall thereof are provided to sufficiently clean an outer shell of a plush toy. A temperature sensor is provided to prevent damage to the plush material caused by an excessive temperature increase during drying from affecting the hand feel of the toy. An ultraviolet germicidal lamp (14) is provided to kill germs on a surface of the plush toy that cannot be removed by cleaning. An electric telescopic rod (8) is provided to deliver a sterilized plush toy to the drying chamber (18) for drying.
