Abstract:

A cleaning mechanism and method applied in containers in rice washing and transfer of rice grains, the features of which are as follows: an open rice washing container (1), a rotating mechanism (2) for flipping the rice washing container (1), a driving mechanism (3) for driving the rotating mechanism (2) to rotate, and a water supply apparatus are used; a water flow disperser (5) is disposed at the bottom portion of the rice washing container (1), the driving mechanism (3) drives the rice washing container (1) to flip over by means of the rotating mechanism (2), a water pipe (4) leads a water outlet (41) to the middle of a lower portion of the rice washing container (1), and the water outlet (41) faces the bottom portion of the rice washing container (1), allowing water that is sprayed from the water outlet (41) to form a water curtain by passing through the action of the water flow disperser (5); the water curtain is flushed to the periphery along the bottom portion of the rice washing container (1), and under the guidance of the bottom portion of the rice washing container (1), water flows to the opening along a side wall thereof, so that attached rice grains can be effectively flushed. Thus, not only is flushing comprehensive, but also no rice grains are omitted.
