Description:
CLEANING PAPER DISPENSER WITH WASTE PAPER RESERVOIR

Subject of the Invention

The invention relates to a two-reservoir cleaning paper dispenser comprising at least one reservoir in which the wet and/or dry cleaning papers are positioned and offered for use and at least one other reservoir in which the waste cleaning papers may be placed.

State of the Art

The cleaning papers are among the leading products used for personal cleaning. The toilet papers and the paper towels are commonly preferred especially in the areas like toilet room, bathroom and kitchen. In general, the cleaning paper holders are employed for facilitating the use of the toilet papers and the paper towels. The holder is usually fixed on a surface and the cleaning paper is placed on this holder. The other cleaning papers frequently used in every space today are the tissues, napkins and wet wipes. Rather than being hung at a certain location, said cleaning papers are offered for use by means of the distributors, i.e. dispensers, or by means of a package or a box. The portability of said cleaning papers used in the houses, offices, cars and all kinds of other spaces provides great advantage, and for this reason, they are most of the time offered for use within the portable packages, boxes or dispensers.

Even though said cleaning papers are offered for use within the portable dispensers, boxes or packages, the used cleaning papers are dumped in the waste bins that are generally not portable. The lack of a waste receptacle for placing the used cleaning papers and/or the existing waste receptacles not being sufficiently sized to hold the used cleaning papers may lead to some problems particularly in the spaces like cars. Whereas a person is able to directly access the cleaning papers in the spaces such as house, office and the like and carry about the same owing to the portability, he/she has to move to the area where a waste bin is located in order to dispose of a used cleaning paper. In other words, whereas a person is not required to go to a kitchen, bathroom and similar space to gain access to the cleaning papers because the cleaning papers are not stationary, he/she has to go to the area where a waste bin is present in order to dispose of a used cleaning paper.

In the two-reservoir cleaning paper dispenser according to the invention, both the cleaning paper dispenser and the waste receptacle are present in a monolithic arrangement in a single body, and thus, after a user has used the cleaning paper located in one of the reservoirs, he/she is able to place the used cleaning paper in the waste cleaning paper reservoir present on the same dispenser. of the Invention

An object of the invention is to develop a cleaning paper dispenser comprising a reservoir in which the unused cleaning papers may be stored and a reservoir in which the used cleaning papers may be placed.

Another object of the invention is to develop a paper dispenser wherein the reservoir for storing the cleaning papers and the reservoir in which the used cleaning papers may be placed are arranged within a single body.

Another object of the invention is to develop a paper dispenser comprising at least one opening that allows the cleaning paper to be taken from the respective reservoir and at least one other opening that allows the used cleaning paper to be placed in the respective reservoir.

The invention relates to a cleaning paper dispenser comprising at least one reservoir in which the wet and/or dry cleaning papers are positioned and offered for use and at least one other reservoir in which the waste cleaning papers may be placed. More specifically, the invention relates to a two-reservoir cleaning paper dispenser comprising, within a single body, a reservoir for storing the cleaning papers as well as a reservoir for placing the used cleaning papers.

The cleaning paper dispenser according to the invention is characterized in that it comprises in its most basic form at least one body (1) for placing both the unused cleaning papers and the waste cleaning papers, at least one cleaning paper reservoir (2) for placing the cleaning papers, at least one waste paper reservoir (3) for placing the waste papers, at least one panel (5) enabling the body (1) to be divided into two to form the cleaning paper reservoir

(2) and the waste paper reservoir (3), and at least one cleaning paper opening (21) intended to offer for use the cleaning papers within the cleaning paper reservoir (2) and at least one waste paper opening (31) for placing the used cleaning papers in the waste paper reservoir

(3).

In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the panel (5) is a panel (5), which completely separates the cleaning paper reservoir (2) and the waste paper reservoir (3) from one another; in other words, prevents the unused cleaning papers and the waste papers from contacting one another.

A preferred embodiment of the invention comprises at least one lid (4) allowing the discharge of the waste papers within the waste paper reservoir (3) and providing access to the waste paper reservoir (3) and/or at least one other lid (4) providing access to the cleaning paper reservoir (2) and allowing the addition of the cleaning papers in said cleaning paper reservoir (2). In a preferred embodiment of the invention, said lids (4) are the lids (4) with structure able to be completely detached from the body (1). In another preferred embodiment of the invention, said lids (4) have a structure integral with the body (1) via their at least one side and they open and close by rotating about the integral side. In another embodiment of the invention comprising two lids (4), one of the lids (4) is a lid (4) able to be completely detached from the body (1), while the other is a lid (4) integral with the body (1) via its one side.

In a preferred embodiment of the invention, said lid (4) may be positioned on any surface of the body (1) in order to cover the opening located on any surface of the body (1). More specifically, the opening may be located on the side surfaces and/or on the bottom and/or top surfaces of the body (1) and the lid (4) is used to cover said openings.

In a preferred embodiment of the invention, at least one tongue (41), which enables the lid

(4) to be fixed on the body (1), is located on said lid (4). Correspondingly, at least one tongue seat (42), which the tongue (41) may penetrate, is located on the body (1). In another preferred embodiment of the invention, the tongue (41) is located on the body (1), while the tongue seat (42) is located on the lid (4). In another preferred embodiment of the invention, the lid (4) is fixed on the body (1) in the manner of a close-fit.

In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the cleaning paper opening (21) and/or the waste paper opening (31) is/are located on the body (1). Said cleaning paper opening (21) and/or waste paper opening (31) may be located on any surface of the body (1). More specifically, the cleaning paper opening (21) and/or the waste paper opening (31) may be located on the side surfaces and/or on the bottom and/or top surfaces of the body (1). In another preferred embodiment of the invention, the cleaning paper opening (21) and/or the waste paper opening (31) is/are located on the lid (4). In another preferred embodiment of the invention, the cleaning paper opening (21) is located on the body (1) or the lid (4) and the waste paper opening (31) is located on the body (1) or the lid (4).

Figures 1 and 2 illustrate an embodiment where said openings are located on the wide surfaces of the body (1). Said embodiment is more suitable for use in the ambiences like house and office where there is no space restriction. Figures 3 and 4 illustrate an embodiment where said openings are located on the narrow surfaces of the body (1), said embodiment being more suitable for use especially in the confined spaces such as the car interiors and the like.

In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the volume of the cleaning paper reservoir (2) is greater as compared to the volume of the waste paper reservoir (3).

Within the scope of the invention, said cleaning paper may be a dry tissue, a wet wipe and/or a tissue impregnated with any solution.

The dispenser according to the invention may be a dispenser manufactured from cardboard material, while it is also possible for the same to be a dispenser manufactured from plastic.
