Abstract:
The invention relates to a sterilization unit which sterilizes the escalators that provide access between floors in living spaces where human crowds are present, such as airports, shopping malls, stadiums, subway stations and schools. The invention, in particular, relates to an aspect of the mentioned cleaning unit in that it comprises a tacho sensor wheel to enable it to be activated based on the escalator's motion, and comprises a transmitter module to provide enable it to be controlled remotely via remote wireless communication.
