Abstract:
In order to improve the cleaning efficiency of a cleaning body, a cleaning body (110) of the disclosed cleaning utensil (100) is provided with: insertion holes (117), into which two holding bodies (142) are inserted, and which extend in a first direction (10); a first sheet (112) and a second sheet (113) comprising a non-woven fabric; a first internal connection member (121b) and a first external connection member (121a) which connect the first sheet (112) and the second sheet (113) when said first sheet (112) and second sheet (113) are overlapped, and which partition the first insertion hole (117); a second internal connection member (122b) and a second external connection member (122a) which connect the first sheet (112) and the second sheet (113), and which partition the second insertion hole (117); an intermediate region (118) which is formed between the first internal connection member (121b) and the second internal connection member (122b); and a fibrous body which has a plurality of fibres extending in a second direction (12) perpendicular to the first direction (10) connected to the first sheet (112) in the intermediate region (118). The insertion of the two holding bodies (142) in the insertion holes (117) brings the two insertion holes (117) closer, causing the fibrous body in the intermediate region (118) to be pushed out from the two insertion holes (117) in the direction in which the fibrous body is disposed.
