Abstract:
A clinical periodontal defect repair module with regional function specificity, the module integrating an alveolar bone regeneration functional region (1), a periodontal membrane regeneration functional region (2) and a barrier membrane functional region (3). The alveolar bone regeneration functional region (1) is individually designed and prepared based on the shape of a bone defect in a patient with periodontitis and matches the shape of the defect, and can construct a stable bone defect repair space; the periodontal membrane regeneration functional region (2) is designed and prepared by using a biomimetic periodontal fiber guide structure, and provides more favorable local conditions for periodontal membrane regeneration; and the barrier membrane functional region (3) is integrated with the alveolar bone regeneration functional region (1), and can prevent epithelial cells from growing into the defect and can also simplify a surgical operation and reduce the technical sensitivity of a regeneration operation. The new-type periodontal regeneration operation based on the periodontal defect repair module can improve the certainty of periodontal tissue regeneration, reduce the technical sensitivity of the periodontal regeneration operation, and provide more possibilities for the preservation of teeth affected by periodontitis.
