Abstract:
Provided is a clip nut that can adequately prevent a plate part adjacent to a cylindrical part from rotating with respect to a plate member when fastening a screw. The clip nut 10 has: a first plate part 20 that abuts one surface of a plate member 1, and which has a screw insertion hole 27 that connects to a through-hole 3 in the plate member 1; a second plate part 30 which abuts the other surface of the plate member 1, and which faces the first plate part 20; a connecting part 40 that connects the first plate part 20 and the second plate part 30; and a cylindrical part 50 that has a screw hole 51 connecting to the through-hole 3 and the screw inserting hole 27. The cylindrical part 50 is connected to the second plate part 30 via a curved part 60. A protruding part 63, which extends into the outer diameter of the screw hole 51, is disposed on an inner surface 61, on the side of the curved part 60 nearer to the first plate part 20, so as to jut out further than the inner surface 61 of the curved part 60.
