Abstract:
Disclosed is a clip provided with a head portion and a leg portion, said clip fastening an object to be fastened by allowing press-fitting of the leg portion into an attachment hole of the object by elastic deformation of a part of the leg portion, and elastically returning the elastically deformed portion when the press fitting operation is finished, so that the object is sandwiched by the head portion and the returned portion. The leg portion is provided with a non-deformation portion and a deformation portion which is projected from the non-deformation portion and which corresponds to the abovementioned elastically deformed portion of the leg portion. A tip portion of the deformation portion and a base portion of the deformation portion, which is connected to the non-deformation portion, are formed along an imaginary spiral that extends around the center axis of the leg portion.
