Abstract:
The present application discloses a clock synchronization method and apparatus and an electronic device in the field of communications, for use in improving the precision of the time for synchronization from a second device to a first device. The clock synchronization method comprises: the first device receiving a first time interval of the second device; and updating a local time of the first device according to a first moment, the local time of the first device, a second moment, and the first time interval, the second moment being a moment when the first device receives the first time interval. The local time of the first device is updated by using the first time interval, such that the precision reduction caused by directly updating the local time of the first device by using a local time of the second device can be avoided. Meanwhile, when the clock synchronization of the first device and the second device is achieved, the first device only needs to receive a message, from the second device, of sending a local time interval of the second device, thereby reducing overhead of time-frequency resources.
