Abstract:
A closed-loop control isolation switch driving apparatus for a driving electric motor. The closed-loop control isolation switch driving apparatus comprises a control cubicle, a mechanism box and a station power supply, wherein a driving electric motor is mounted in the mechanism box, an electric motor controller is mounted in the control cubicle or in the mechanism box, the electric motor controller is located between the driving electric motor and the station power supply, the electric motor controller uses an MOS or IGBT semiconductor component, and the electric motor controller comprises a rectification module, an inversion module, a microprocessor and a sensing module. A microprocessor MCU observes the state of an electric motor by means of a collected voltage and current, performs closed-loop control, and controls a pulse to be output to a gate electrode of a switch module of an inverter, such that the electric motor moves at a uniform speed or performs characteristic motion according to requirements. The state of an electric motor is observed, such that the mechanical state of a switch can be more accurately reflected; moreover, the speed of the electric motor can be adjusted according to a discharge theory, thereby suppressing a fast transient overvoltage to some extent.
