Description:
A CLOSURE

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a closure and may find application for closing containers, especially bottles, preserving and containing liquids. The closure may be used more specifically with bottles for a long- life preservation of valuable liquids, for example those containing high alcohol content, to which there are requirements to ensure means of preventing from irregular opening and filling of the bottle with liquid different in quality and characteristics from the original one.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION From the prior state of the art, a number of closures for containers are known, especially for preservation of valuable liquids in bottles, which provide different means of preventing from irregular opening and filling of the relevant bottle. Such a closure is known from description of the patent RU 2 150 417 Cl, published on 10.06.2000. The above mentioned security closure contains a corpus with a flange, a stopper in the form of a cap and a sleeve, which present a separate job, united by a thin line. According to the invention the closure contains an insertion in the form of a ring, inserted in the sleeve, which has "C"- like section with two bulges and is made of solid material. The bulges of the "C"~ element envelop partially the flange and the upper part of the bottle, which reduces the possibility of irregular removal of the corpus of the dosimeter. Irrespectively of the sophisticated construction by adding a supplementary security element, this closure does not guarantee completely the security against irregular opening and filling of the bottle with other than the mentioned on the label content. Another bottle closure is known according to WO 01/64539 Al, published on 07.09.2001 the international application PCT/EP01/01969 "Security closure for bottles of liquor and the bottles". According to this publication the closure includes an end wall - a bottom and a skirt. At the end of the closure there is a sealing tape, united by thin elements, which are completely destroyed on the initial opening of the bottle. The skirt of this closure consists of two parts — outer cylindrical part and inner, pitched part, which are connected to a bearing annular element. The inner part turns into a horizontal section and forms the bottom of the closure. On the inside of the closure's bottom is designed a ring, to which a sealant is fixed immovably by locking elements. The sealant is tightly pressed to the upper part of the corpus of a dosimeter, which is equipped with a' cone and spherical valve. To the closure a sleeve is designed, screwed on the outer part of the closure, at which the upper end of the sleeve is touched and limited by the bearing annular supporting element and this element connects the two parts of the body of the closure. On the upper part of the sleeve there are formed teeth and a ring, which is used to snap-fit immovably in the relevant teeth and grooves, designed on the bottle's neck. Above the bottom and the wall of the skirt a decorative coating might be put. ".. . - ■ • ': ! fc; ; ' '' The closure known according to "the publication WO 01/64539 Al is a complete product. A significant strength is required in order the closure to be fixed to the bottle's neck. Moreover the effort, necessary to fix the sleeve is transferred mainly by the bearing annular element, located outside relatively to the bottle's neck. When more strength is applied it can be easily torn, which makes further usage of the closure impossible/ On the other side, independently that the closure is a whole product, the sleeve, enveloping the outer side of the bottle's neck, and the dosimeter fixed in the neck of the bottle are separate elements, which allows the dosimeter comparatively to be easily removed without visual destroying of the outer sleeve and the bottle to be irregular used, without this fact to be evident for customers. In addition to the above, with the suggested configuration of the dosimeter, as per WO 01/64539 Al, at the end of emptying, there are drops from the liquid, which stay on and flow along the bottle!

DISCLOSURE OF THE INVENTION : The present invention is addressed to a, closure for closing of containers, especially bottles, which to be a complete 'product and to be fixed on bottle's neck by snapping, at which the fixing of the closure to be done with comparatively reduced and optimally distributed effort. At the same time in the present invention the possibility of irregular usage of the bottle should be limited, especially opening the bottle by unauthorized people and filling the bottle with content and quality other than the one mentioned on the label. On the other side the closure for closing-bottles, according to the invention, should have such a configuration so that the liquid to be uniformly poured and which configuration does not allow drops of liquid to flow along the bottle's neck at the end of the pouring. The closure for closing of containers, especially bottles with liquids, according to the invention, includes a skirt, whose axis coincides with the bottle's axis. The body of the closure consists of a bottom and a surrounding wall, on the inner side of the latter there is a threadj which allows opening and closing of the closure on the bottle by turning. On the inside of the closure's bottom there is a ring formed, equipped with locking elements, by which a sealant element is installed immovably. The sealant is tigntiyVrϊtted to a dosimeter with a valve, which dosimeter is designed to be inside, of the- bottle's neck. At the end of the surrounding wall there is a safety sealing tape, connected to the wall with thin elements, which break at the initial opening of the closure. The invention is characterized with the fact that the dosimeter is equipped with an outer ring, positioned parallel to tne axis of the bottle and the closure, formed as a double "II" profile, at whicri after assembling the dosimeter completely envelopes the bottle's neck both inside and outside. On the inside of the dosimeter there are locking elements, by which the dosimeter is fitted by snapping to the bottle's neck. The outer ring of the dosimeter, enveloping the

middle part and they are formed" as slots with "H" like form, with upper and lower plates, ending with bulges positioned perpendicularly in relation to the axis of the closure. The bulges on the plates enter upper and lower grooves, designed on the bottle's neck. According to another preferred embodiment, the closure according the invention is characterized with the fact that in the lower, with a largest diameter part of the outer ring of the dosimeter, there are designed longitudinal teeth entering relevant grooves, which are designed on the bottle's neck. At the same time at the end of the outer ring of the dosimeter a tooth segment is formed entering between the surrounding wall of the body of the closure and the safety sealing tape. According to the invention, to the horizontal part of the outer ring of the dosimeter there is an upward bulging concentric cone-like ring is formed, which in its upper part ends with a sharp cut and the latter forms a mouth. On the inclined ring of the dosimeter a concentric cone-like ring lies, under inclination corresponding to the ring of the dosimeter, designed to the sealant, fitted to the bottom of the skirt of the closure. By pressing both concentric rings the sealing of the cap is achieved and the mouth provides cutting of the flow when liquid pouring out. According to the invention, to the closure, over the bottom and the surrounding wall of the skirt a decorative coating can be made, by putting ventilation slots on the skirt. The main advantage of the closure, according to the invention, is the fact that its installation on the bottle's neck takes place with less force of pressure, and the efforts are optimally distributed having in mind the cone surface of the dosimeter. At the same time the dosimeter by its outer "II" like form, envelopes the bottle's neck both by outside and inside of the neck and remains immovably installed during fully usage of the bottle, as the dosimeter to be not irregularly taken apart by an unauthorized people without this being noticed by customers. Thus it guarantees that the quality and the characteristics of the liquid, kept in the bottle, remains unchanged, which is very important for liquids with high alcohol content. The dosimeter, with its upper conical formed surface and mouth, provides both good sealing of the closure, and missing of staying on and flowing of drops along the neck of the bottle during the pouring of the liquid The completion of the closure according to the invention is simplified having in mind the reduced number of elements in the closures known so far.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS A concrete example of a closure, according to the invention, without limitation of the claims range, is shown on the applied to the description drawings, where: Fig. 1 shows a vertical longitudinal section of the closure, fixed to the bottle's neck according to the invention Fig. 2 shows cross section on A-A frόriϊ fig. 1; Fig. 3 shows the bottle with installed dosimeter, with unscrewed upper part of the closure. Fig. 4 shows view on "B" from fig. 3 Fig. 5 is a cross section on C-C from fig. 4; Fig. 6 shows in increased scale element "D" of the closure from Fig. 1

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED' EMBODIMENTS The closure for closing containers, especially bottles for liquids, according to the invention shown in Fig. 1 and marked as a position 1, is installed to the bottle's neck 2, which neck has to be designed in a preliminary defined way, corresponding to the size and the form of the closure 1. The closure 1 is formed from a skirt 3, which axis coincides with the bottle's axis 2, and the skirt 3 consists of a surrounding wall 4, and a bottom 5. Along the inside of the surrounding wall 4 are designed a thread 6 and ribs 7. From the internal part of the bottom 5 of the closure 1 there is a formed ring 8 with a tooth 9, to which is installed immovably a sealant 10. Along the outside of the sealant 10 there are ribs 11, which enter between the ribs 7 of the surrounding wall 4 of the skirt 3 of the closure 1 and prevent rotation of the sealant 10. The sealant 10 fits tightly to the dosimeter 12, installed immovably on the bottle's neck 2. The dosimeter 12 consists of a corpus 13, a cone 14 and a sphere 15. The corpus 13 of the dosimeter 12 has a double "II" - like form, which is formed by- outer concentric ring 16, located in parallel' to the bottle's axis 2 and the closure 1. The ring 16 from the outside is formed with a thread 17, on which is screwed a skirt 3 on the closure 1, using the designed* thread 6 on the surrounding wall 4. On the internal wall of the ring 16 of the dosimeter 12 there are locking elements 18, by which the dosimeter 12 is fitted immovably by snapping to the bottle's neck 2, and thus enveloping entirely the bottle's neck both the inside and outside. The outer ring 16 of the dosimeter 12 is formed shoulder- like, and the locking elements 18 are designed in its middle part and are formed as "H" like slots 19 with upper 20 and lower 21 plates, on which the bulges 22 and 23 are formed. The bulges 22 and 23 enter relevant upper 24 and lower 25 grooves, designed on the bottle's neck 2. In the lower, with the largest diameter, part of the outside ring 16 of the dosimeter 12 there are guiding longitudinal" teeth 26, which enter relevant hollows 27, designed on the bottle's neck." The dosimeter 12, in its outer horizontal part 28 is formed with a raising concentric conical ring 29, which in its upper part ends with a sharp cut, forming a mouth 30. Under an incline, corresponding to the ring 29 there is a concentric conical ring 31 to the sealant 10, fixed to the bottom 5 of the skirt 3 of the closure 1. The ring 29 of the dosimeter 12 and the ring 31 of the sealant 10 are tightly pushed when the closure 1 is screwed and thus packing the liquid in bottle 2. At the end of the surrounding wall 4 of the skirt 3 of the closure 1 is designed a sealing safety tape 32, connected to the skirt 3 through thin elements 33, and at the end of the outside ring 16 of £fe, dosimeter 12 a tooth segment 34 is formed, entering between the surroundingvwall 4 of the skirt 3 of the closure 1 and the sealing safety tape 32. When the closure 1 is initially opened, the tooth segment 34 destroys the elements 33 and the sealing safety tape 32 is removed from the closure 1. '. , ' It is recommended that the closure," according to the invention/ to be covered with decorative coating 35, designed above the bottom 5 and the surrounding wall 4 of the skirt 3. For the realization of the installation ventilation slots 36 are designed.

APPLICATION The closure 1, according to the invention, is entire product and can be sold as such. The completion of each closure ,1 is done by fixing immovably a sealant 10 to the bottom 5 of the skirt 3 of the closure 1 by using a tooth 9 and ribs 11 and thus they prevent the sealant from rotation. The dosimeter 12 is preliminary completed by positioning the sphere 15 and the cone 14 in its corpus 13, which is retained by bulges 22 during installation. The cone 14 and the sphere 15 provide unidirectional outpouring of the liquid and do not allow filling the bottle with liquid through the dosimeter 12. After the dosimeter 12 is completed it is screwed through thread 17, designed on its outside ring 16, to the thread 6 of the skirt 3 of the closure 2. Having in mind the insignificant number of elements, the completion of each closure, according to the invention, in a final product is done quickly and easy. "■ ' .'" ' s"' The installation of the closure on the bottle's neck is done by pressing on the closure 1 until locking elements 18 of the outside ring 16 of the dosimeter 12 snap, which shows that the dosimeter 12 is fixed immovably to the bottle's neck 2. The force of pressure may be relatively small having in mind that the locking elements "H" -like slots, plates and bulges are relatively flexible and allow opening under pressure. On the other hancL ttie pressure is transferred basically through the conical surface of the ring 29' to the dosimeter 12 and its horizontal part helps to better distribution of the effort and respectively to easier installation on the bottle's neck 2. After the installation, the dosimeter 12, by its "II" like form, envelopes the neck of the bottle 2 from the inside and outside like a clamp, remains immovably fixed to the neck during the entire usage of the bottle and can not be easily removed by irregular pulliήg out. By this way the bottle is prevented from secondary using i.e. it can not be refilled again with other liquids with content and quality other than the mentioned on the label, without this to be evident to the customer. On the other hand the dosimeter 12, by its upward bulging concentric conical ring 29 and mouth 30, onto which the concentric conical ring 31 is tightly pressed under a respective inclination, designed to the sealant 10 of the closure 1, provide good sealing, and when the liquid is poured out there are not flowing down and dripping of the drops along the bottle.
