Abstract:
A cloth cutting apparatus for garment production and processing. The cloth cutting apparatus comprises a base (1), and is characterized in that a cloth roller frame (2) is fixedly connected to a left side of the upper end of the base (1); a shell plate (3) is fixedly connected to the upper end of the base (1); an adjustment mechanism (5) is arranged on an inner side of the shell plate (3); the same adjustment roller (4) is rotatably connected to an inner side of the shell plate (3) by means of the adjustment mechanism (5); a transmission assembly (6) is arranged on an inner side of the base (1); an operating platform (17) is fixedly connected to the upper end of the base (1); a double-roller guide frame (7) is fixedly connected to the left side of the operating platform (17); support plates (8) are respectively fixedly connected to the left and right sides of the upper end of the operating platform (17); the upper ends of the support plates (8) are fixedly connected to the same hollow plate (9); a collection mechanism (10) is arranged at the upper end of the hollow plate (9); a cylinder (11) is fixedly connected to the lower end of the hollow plate (9); an output end of the cylinder (11) is fixedly connected to a mounting plate (12); cutting scissors (13) are movably connected to the lower end of the mounting plate (12) by means of a bolt; a positioning mechanism (16) is arranged at the lower end of the mounting plate (12); an anti-drop mechanism (15) is arranged on the left side of the upper end of the operating platform (17); and a fixing mechanism (14) is arranged on the right side of the upper end of the operating platform (17). The apparatus can avoid the problem of cloth surface wrinkling, can stably fix the end of cloth, and can improve the cutting quality of the cloth.
