Abstract:
Disclosed is a clothes care apparatus. The clothes care apparatus comprises: a main body comprising a clothes care compartment in which clothes are accommodated; a light sensor module comprising a plurality of light receiving elements which are responsive to different wavelength bands and are arranged in an array form; and a processor. The processor: acquires spectral data on clothes accommodated in the clothes care compartment on the basis of sensing values acquired by the plurality of light receiving elements; acquires feature information corresponding to the clothes accommodated in the clothes care compartment on the basis of the spectral data; acquires information on a material of the clothes accommodated in the clothes care compartment by inputting the feature information into a trained neural network model; and determines an operation course of the clothes care apparatus on the basis of the information on the material of the clothes accommodated in the clothes care compartment.
