Abstract:
The present invention relates to a clothes folding machine and a control method therefor, and comprises a frame portion constituting the external skeleton, and a folding portion which is installed in the frame portion, holds clothes, and folds the clothes, wherein the folding portion comprises: a folding plate on which clothes are held; a main shaft which has a rotation center axis arranged in a first direction, is fixed to the folding plate, and is rotatably coupled to the frame portion to rotate the folding plate; and a fixing unit which is installed on the folding plate and fixes one side of the clothes to the folding plate when the folding plate is rotated. As the fixing unit fixes one side of the clothes to the folding plate, and the clothes are folded while the folding plate rotates, damage to the clothes due to being caught when the fixing unit is moving may be prevented.
