A clothes treatment device and a control method therefor. The clothes treatment device comprises: a treatment cylinder assembly, wherein clothes to be treated are placed inside of the treatment cylinder assembly; an ultrasonic atomizing device, comprising a nozzle body (101) that has an internal chamber, the internal chamber being internally provided with an ultrasonic vibration end, and the nozzle body (101) is provided thereon with a water inlet (103) and atomizing water nozzle (102) that communicate with the internal chamber, the atomizing water nozzle (102) communicating with the treatment cylinder assembly. Water enters the internal chamber of the nozzle body (101) by means of the water inlet (103), high-frequency resonance of the ultrasonic vibration end breaks up molecular structures of the liquid-state water to generate water mist, and the water mist is sprayed by the atomizing water nozzle (102) into the treatment cylinder assembly for atomizing the clothes. The clothes treatment device generates water mist by means of the ultrasonic atomizing device, the water mist is introduced in the treatment cylinder assembly to perform an atomization treatment on the clothes, and the clothes subjected to the atomization treatment are wrinkle-free and odor-free.
