A clothes washing device 10 includes: a conveying plate 14 which has a plurality of holes and is for placing and conveying clothes 12 thereon; a nozzle 32 that supplies a washing liquid from above the conveying plate 14; a suction unit that suctions, from below the conveying plate 14 through the plurality of holes, the washing liquid supplied by the nozzle 32; and a conveying plate drive unit 31 for moving the conveying plate 14.
