Abstract:
Provided in the present invention are a cloud backup method and system for security protection and monitoring. The method comprises the following steps: upon receiving first data, a main storage apparatus storing the first data; after storing the first data, the main storage apparatus sending to all standby storage apparatuses a synchronization request; after a standby storage apparatus successfully stores the first data, said standby storage apparatus sending to the main storage apparatus a synchronization success response; and the main storage apparatus computing the number of synchronization success responses, and determining, if the number is greater than a predetermined number, that the first data is successfully stored. The technical solution provided in the present invention has the advantage of a low probability of data loss.
