Abstract:
Disclosed herein is a clutch actuator with cam slider deceleration structure, which includes a lead screw rotated by a drive motor, a nut slider engaged to the lead screw and movably installed in a rectilinear direction relative to a housing, a cam slider movably installed in a direction of operation of a hydraulic cylinder by interlocking through contact with the nut slider, a roller unit installed to the nut slider to come into rolling contact with a contact surface of the cam slider, a guide unit for guiding the movement of the cam slider in the direction of operation of the hydraulic cylinder, and a push rod installed to the cam slider to press a piston of the hydraulic cylinder. It is possible to obtain a constant reduction ratio or variably controlling a reduction ratio according to the setting of a profile of the contact surface of the cam slider in contact with the nut slider.
