A clutch (100), comprising: a driving force receiving portion (10); a clutch control portion (20), which is arranged on one side of the driving force receiving portion (10) and comprises: a first control member (30) connected to the driving force receiving portion (10), with the side of the first control member that is away from the driving force receiving portion (10) being provided with a first direction driving position (31) and a first direction disengaging position (32) connected to the first direction driving position (31); a clutch member (50) located at the first direction driving position (31) or the first direction disengaging position (32); a second control member (40) sleeved outside the first control member (30) and the clutch member (50); and a driving force output portion (60), which is arranged on the side of the clutch control portion (20) that is away from the driving force receiving portion (10) and is provided with a driving force conducting member (62). The device effectively solves the problem of an existing clutch existing due to the fact that a clutch function is realized by using a magnetic separation manner. The present invention further relates to an electric motor device and a curtain control device.
