Abstract:
A CMOS image chip (100), and a camera (1000) and a debugging method therefor. The CMOS image chip (100) is provided with a plurality of light-emitting diodes (4) in a light-emitting region (120), and a photosensitive active region of a base (2) of the CMOS image chip (100) is determined by means of a projection pattern of the light-emitting diodes (4) on a substrate to be tested. By means of taking a picture imaged on a display by means of a camera as a basis for debugging, the problem in the prior art of the debugging efficiency being low due to a signal delay in the picture imaged by the camera is avoided, thereby improving the debugging efficiency of the camera.
