Abstract:
A CNC electrode processing fixture, wherein: an upper surface of a fixture bottom plate (2) is provided with several longitudinal locking grooves (3) and lateral locking grooves (4) perpendicular to each other; the fixture bottom plate (2) is provided with several longitudinal fixing units and lateral fixing units; longitudinal locking T-shaped blocks of the longitudinal fixing units are installed in the lateral locking grooves (4); longitudinal locking blocks (5) are penetrated by several longitudinal locking screws (6), and the longitudinal locking screws (6) are connected to the longitudinal T-shaped blocks; lateral locking T-shaped blocks of the lateral fixing units are installed in the longitudinal locking grooves (3); several lateral locking blocks (7) are respectively penetrated by lateral locking screws (8); and the lateral locking screws (8) are connected with the lateral T-shaped blocks. The longitudinal fixing units and lateral fixing units of the CNC electrode machining fixture cooperate with each other, can clamp a workpiece from multiple angles, and can in one go clamp dozens of electrodes for processing, and so the costs are low and the processing efficiency is high.
