Abstract:
A CNC general-purpose full-inspection device comprises: a horizontal bed having a plane parallel to the ground and including a Y2-axis slide arranged on the surface thereof; a table arranged on the horizontal bed such that a subject is seated thereon, and moving along the Y2-axis slide; a seating support part arranged on the table so as to fix and support the subject; a touch-probe for inspecting the subject supported and seated on the seating support part (130); a measurement body part including a bracket for attaching an additional device including the touch-probe; a vertical bed arranged in a direction perpendicular to the plane of the horizontal bed and including a X-axis slide arranged on one surface in a direction perpendicular to a Y-axis slide; and a moving member arranged on the X-axis slide, which is one surface of the vertical bed, and having the other surface, which is the other side of the one surface, connected to the measurement body, wherein a Z-axis slide and a Y1-axis slide for moving the measurement body in a z-axis direction are included between the moving member and the measurement body, the Y2-axis slide moves the subject to a measurement position, and the Y1-axis slide, the X-axis slide, and the Z-axis slide move the measurement body so as to control the measurement position between the subject and the measurement body.
