Abstract:
This Co-based alloy structure has: a matrix phase (γ phase) that comprises mainly Co and has an fcc structure; and a precipitate phase (γ' phase) that comprises an fcc-structured intermetallic compound having a L12 structure, such as Co3(Al, W) by atomic ratio, and is precipitated in a dispersed state in the matrix phase. The γ' phase has particle sizes from 10 nm to 1 μm, and is configured such that the particles of the γ' phase are arranged uniformly and precipitated, and the precipitation amount is from 40-85% by volume.
