Abstract:
Provided is a co-axial dual-rotor variable-speed electromagnetic transmission, comprising: an external rotor, end covers, a load axle, a stator, and an internal rotor. The external rotor, the load axle, and the stator are coaxially arranged with the internal rotor; the end covers comprise a first end cover and a second end cover respectively disposed at two ends of the transmission; the external rotor is slidably connected to the two end covers, respectively, by means of a bearing; the load axle is slidably connected to the first end cover and an inner side of the external rotor, respectively, by means of a bearing; the stator is fixed to an inner side of the first end cover and is disposed inside the external rotor, and reserves an air gap between the internal and external rotors, respectively; the internal rotor is sleeved on the load axle and is disposed inside the stator, and an air gap is reserved between the internal rotor and the stator. The present invention employs a dual-rotor structure and so there is no mechanical wearing and the system runs smoothly and quietly; the speed of rotation may be greater than an input speed of rotation, the speed regulation range is widened, the transmission ratio is low, and the transfer efficiency is high; there is an electromagnetic structure between a power source and a load, and the system is highly reliable and has long service life. In addition, the active regulation of transmission power may be achieved.
