Abstract:
The present invention relates to: coated paper comprising a chitosan coating layer; a manufacturing method therefor; and a use thereof, wherein the coated paper not only improves the mechanical strength and water repellency of paper by forming a chitosan coating layer on seaweed paper and plant paper, but also exhibits an antibacterial effect, such that the coated paper of the present invention can be used for preserving food and medicine.
