Abstract:
The present invention relates to: coated paper comprising a chitosan coating layer; a method for manufacturing same; and a use thereof, wherein the coated paper has a chitosan coating layer formed on seaweed paper and plant paper, and thus not only improves the mechanical strength and water repellency of paper, but also exhibits an antibacterial effect. Therefore, the coated paper of the present invention can be used for the preservation of food and medicine.
