Abstract:
This coating agent composition comprises (A) a polytetrafluoroethylene resin emulsion, (B) a urethane resin emulsion, and (C) a hydrogenated NBR emulsion, and preferably further contains (D) an acrylic resin emulsion and/or an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer resin emulsion. When using the coating agent composition as a surface coating agent for an ordinary vulcanized rubber molded product, a bleeding evaluation, a flexibility evaluation of the coating agent by means of a bending test, and an adhesion decrease evaluation of the rubber resulting from a bloom from the rubber are all satisfied practically without any loss in an adhesiveness evaluation of the rubber by means of an adhesion test.
