Abstract:
A coating device, comprising a feeding mechanism (10), a supporting roller (20), a coating roller (30), and a rolling mechanism (40), wherein the feeding mechanism is configured for supplying powder (b), the supporting roller is rotatably arranged, the coating roller is rotatably arranged between the feeding mechanism and the supporting roller, and a coating channel (A) for a base material (a) to pass through is formed between the coating roller and the supporting roller. During rotation of the coating roller, a surface of the coating roller electrostatically adsorbs the powder supplied by the feeding mechanism, the supporting roller electrostatically adsorbs the powder on the surface of the coating roller onto the base material, and the rolling mechanism is arranged downstream of the supporting roller and is configured for rolling the base material passing by and the powder coated on the base material, such that the powder is adhered to the base material. Further provided is a coating method using the coating device.
