The present invention provides a coating die head, a coating apparatus and a coating method. The coating die head comprises: a first die head and a second die head, the first die head being connected to the second die head so as to enclose and form a slit to output a slurry; the first die head comprises a die head body, a lip portion and a lip adjustment assembly; the lip portion is connected to the die head body and located at a discharge end of the slit; the lip adjustment assembly is used to adjust the temperature of the lip portion so as to control deformation of the lip portion. The solution of the present application can improve the consistency of coating.
