The present invention relates to a coating drum for continuously coating fertilizer with plant nutrients, characterized in that: the drum is cylindrical in shape and hollow through, annular blades are mounted within the drum at the feed end, the discharge end, and at the middle of the drum, two rollers are provided, one at either end of the drum housing, the drum is mounted on a base by means of the two rollers, and a gear is mounted between the two rollers; a driving device is mounted on a side of the drum, and the driving device drives the gear so as to drive the drum. In addition, the axis of the drum forms an included angle of 2.5° to 5°with respect to the horizontal plane. A feed belt is mounted at the feed end of the drum, and a discharge belt is mounted at the discharge end of the drum; during production, fertilizer to be processed is kept uniformly passing through the coating drum, to which plant nutrients are also uniformly added, so that fertilizer is uniformly coated with plant nutrients. The present invention has a simple structure, is easy to manufacture, and requires less investment.
