Abstract:

Provided is a coating-film transfer tool equipped with outer and inner cassettes. The inner cassette includes a transfer-pressing part which presses a transfer tape against a transfer-receiving surface to transfer a coating-film thereto. The outer cassette includes a button. When the button is pressed and pushed into the outer cassette, the transfer-pressing part projects from the outer cassette, and when the pressing of the button is undone, the transfer-pressing part is housed in the outer cassette by the action of an elastic member. Assuming that the pressing direction in a pressing attitude of the transfer-pressing part is downward, the button is provided on a surface above the coating-film transfer tool. Assuming that the direction in which the transfer-pressing part projects is the front-back direction, the value determined by dividing the distance between the intermediate position, in the front-back direction, of the fully pushed button and the leading end of the transfer-pressing part, by the entire length of the coating-film transfer tool in the front-back direction, is not greater than 0.35. The coating-film transfer tool is further equipped with an external force effect reduction part which reduces the effect, of an external force acting on the transfer-pressing part to push the transfer-pressing part back into the outer cassette, on the button in the state of being fully pushed.
