Abstract:
This coating material comprises a powder and a binder. The powder comprises at least one metal sulfate selected from the group consisting of nickel sulfate, aluminum sulfate, magnesium sulfate, zinc sulfate, cobalt sulfate, chromium sulfate, copper sulfate, titanium sulfate, tin sulfate, zirconium sulfate, vanadium sulfate, and manganese sulfate and at least one metal selected from the group consisting of zinc and zinc alloys. The proportion of the mass of the at least one metal sulfate to the total mass of the powder and the binder is 0.1-60.0 mass% and the proportion of the mass of the at least one metal to the total mass of the powder and the binder is 1.0-95.0 mass%. The coating material satisfies B/A≤0.5, where A is the mass of the powder in the coating material and B is the mass of the binder therein.
