Abstract:
Provided is a coating material composition which can form a coating film that exhibits excellent scratch resistance when used for a long time even in an outdoor environment. This coating material composition contains: a hydroxyl group-containing resin (A); a crosslinking agent (B); and a dispersion of silica particles (C) to which a hydroxyl group-containing acrylic resin (c1) is bound and an ultraviolet radiation absorber (c21) and/or a hindered amine type photostabilizer (c22) is bound.
