Abstract:

Disclosed is a coating material whereby, even if a photocatalyst is not included, a coating membrane obtained by the drying/curing thereof has high durability, is highly hydrophilic and has excellent contamination resistance. The coating material is characterized by containing a perfluorocarbon sulfonic acid resin, the perfluorocarbon sulfonic acid resin being a copolymer of a polymerization unit represented by -(CF2-CFZ)- (in the formula, Z is H, Cl, F or a perfluoroalkyl group having a carbon number of 1-3) and a polymerization unit represented by -(CF2-CF(-O-(CF2)m-SO3H))- (in the formula, m is an integer from 1 to 12), and the equivalent weight (EW) being 200-1000.
