Title:
COATING RUBBER COMPOSITION FOR TIRE-REINFORCING MATERIAL, AND TIRE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2023/095480
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing a coating rubber composition for tire-reinforcing materials which attains excellent crack resistance after thermal deterioration. This coating rubber composition for tire-reinforcing materials comprises a rubber component, carbon black, a cobalt compound, and an amine-compound antioxidant, and is characterized in that the rubber component includes 60-100 mass% rubber having an isoprene skeleton, the amine-compound antioxidant is represented by general formula (1) (wherein R1 and R2 are each independently a monovalent saturated hydrocarbon group), the content of the amine-compound antioxidant is 0.1 part by mass or more per 100 parts by mass of the rubber component, and the content (parts by mass) of the cobalt compound in terms of cobalt amount and the content (parts by mass) of the amine-compound antioxidant, with respect to 100 parts by mass of the rubber component, satisfy relationship (1): (content of cobalt compound in terms of cobalt amount)×6 < (content of amine-compound antioxidant).
