A coating steel sheet having an excellent adhesive property, according to one aspect of the present invention, includes: a steel sheet; and a metal coating layer, which is formed on at least one surface of the steel sheet by using a metal powder, wherein a surface part of the metal coating layer can be provided to have a pore structure with an open-type pore.
