The present invention relates to a coaxial magnetic gear with high torque, having high transfer torque and capable of utilizing a small amount of permanent magnets in relation to the same size of the coaxial magnetic gear. The coaxial magnetic gear, according to the present invention, comprises: a ring-shaped stator having a plurality of pole pieces which are formed of a magnetic material and are arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction so as to generate magnetic modulation; an inner rotator coaxially provided to the inside of the stator so as to rotate and having a plurality of permanent magnets arranged on the outer circumferential surface thereof along the circumferential direction; and a ring-shaped outer rotator coaxially provided to the outside of the stator so as to rotate in the opposite direction from that of the inner rotator and having a plurality of magnet groups, each comprising three permanent magnets, arranged on the inner circumferential surface thereof at predetermined intervals along the circumferential direction thereof, wherein the magnet groups of the outside rotator comprise: first permanent magnets having magnetization directions facing an inward radial direction; and second permanent magnets and third permanent magnets arranged at both sides of the first permanent magnets and having magnetization directions facing the first permanent magnets.
