Abstract:
A coaxial nozzle (1) for a laser processing machine, capable of preventing damage occurring in a laser oscillator or an optical system therefor, and provided with: an inner nozzle (13) through which a laser beam (LB) and an inner gas (G1) pass; an outer nozzle (15) provided on the outside of the inner nozzle (13); and a cooling circuit (17) that cools the inner nozzle (13).
