Abstract:
A COB light bar and a manufacturing method therefor. The COB light bar comprises a second silica gel part (4) and a light panel (3) arranged in the second silica gel part (4); the light panel (3) is provided with LED chips (2), and the LED chips (2) are covered by a first silica gel part (1). It is guaranteed that the COB light bar has certain overall dimensions; the dosage, thickness and width of silica gel are ensured; because a plurality of LED chips (2) are used, a light blending effect is good, the color temperature can be controlled, the color consistency is guaranteed, and certain water resistance and dust prevention effects are achieved. A packaging section is eliminated, and the costs are reduced. A visual window (5) is provided for observing a shearing position of scissors.
