Abstract:
A cod skin collagen peptide-loaded trimethyl chitosan nanoparticle and the use thereof. A method for preparing the cod skin collagen peptide-loaded trimethyl chitosan nanoparticle, wherein the method comprises: adding an aqueous solution of sodium tripolyphosphate to a mixed aqueous solution of a cod skin collagen peptide and trimethyl chitosan to obtain the cod skin collagen peptide-loaded trimethyl chitosan nanoparticle. The cod skin collagen peptide-loaded trimethyl chitosan nanoparticle can effectively improve the bioavailability of the cod skin collagen peptide, can be prepared into an oral preparation for oral administration, and can effectively prevent or alleviate the damage caused by oxidative stress to the brain of an organism.
